Regular hours

During regular clinic hours (9:00am – 4:30pm) If you are acutely ill and need medical attention call (845) 437-5800 or come to Baldwin and let the medical office assistant know that you have an urgent matter that cannot wait for a scheduled appointment. Our nurse coordinator will assess the severity of your condition and consult one of the medical staff.

Overnight when the Health Service is closed weekdays from 5:00pm – 9:00am and weekends from 4:00pm – 12 noon: If a medical condition appears to be developing overnight and you feel you need medical attention but are not sure of the urgency of the condition, call the Health Service main number at (845) 437-5800 and be connected with our Triage Nurse Service. A professional registered nurse or nurse practitioner will provide medical advice and direct you to emergency services if necessary.
